Looked at different communities with Leander

    1. DeerBrooke ( need to find the indians)

    2. Palmera Ridge ( good amt of Indians)

    3. Bryson ( need to find the indians)

    4. Bar W ranch ( good amt of Indians)

    5. Hawke Landing ( few Indians)

    6. Rancho Sienna ( good amt of Indians)

    7. BluffView ( good amt of indians — more waiting list)

    Question ,

Which is the best community in terms of

    1. School District ( Elmentary is different for palmera Ridge and deerbrooke , Middle and high are same )

    2. Commute wise ( access to 183 , Downtown, Domain etc)

    3. Price Point ( Palmera is in 450, BluffView is in 400 + biddging lots , Rancho is high 400+, DeerBrooke 350+ , Hawke Landing 350+ — Compared this with regular 2500 sq ft).

    4. Future Project Like malls Northline Project and traffic ( i am sure that RenaldRegan will be full of traffic , in near future as lot of constructions of new homes )

What will be Overall rating for the above mentioned Communities ?

    Hi Lavan,

The other side of 183 is going to have some high profile commercial projects. The housing growth is going to be on Ronald Reagan.

So I think the schools will be much better in this area in next 3-5 years

Also, Leander rezones schools every year because of population growth. They expect new school every year for next 5 years

So the school a community has now may not be the same in 2-3 years.

My recommendation is to buy house on Ronald Reagan unless you are investing for long term.

About communities, Bluff View or Palmera Ridge is better. Others are in Liberty Hill ISD as far as I know. Also in Bluff View, half is in Leander ISD and other half is inLiberty Hill ISD.
